Never back down, never give up, never surrender, Gerald. It's basically an advertisement, but there's a great DDP Yoga video out there. Yoga, tai chi, and the like are easy on your joints and tendons. You might look into building them into a practice along with light stretches throughout the day.
The extra movement might help in-between writing, editing, or memeing. You know, the important ings in life!
