My answer is that allelic distribution is linked to geographic origin. Those of us who are have genetic ties to areas where cilantro is popularized are also strongholds for the restaurant chain.

There is also the environmental aspect. Kind of like people who say they don't like hot foods likely come from a culture where they weren't exposed to them.

TL;DR It's probably not a 20% distribution for North America.
