It's a dirty trick, but I'll admit I've done it. I created a 'Top Medium Tags of 2023' articles. There are surely dozens, if not hundreds of similar articles, but they aren't set for the future. I filled mine to the brim with joke tags and set it in wait for 2023.

It is a dirty trick, but it's intended to be silly metatextual humor. Should I do it? I'm not sure. It definitely adds an air of cheapness to the site. On the other hand, I might make someone smile or laugh when they're having a rough day.
