Hi BBB. I went to Wendy's this afternoon and their frosty machine wasn't working. When I complained at the window they told me to go to McDonald's to purchase an ice cream there. Everyone knows that their machines are always broken! Therefore, I would like to submit a BBB complaint. Thank you.
