Hate incidences and hate crimes are different and are treated differently. The piece of garbage church displaying the sign about people going to hell is a hate incident.

Hate incidences are not crimes. Anyway, it's been 2000+ years. Time to come off it and stop treating people with and everlasting burning sensation when you can get that at any red light district in the world.
